You’ve identified what needs to change. Now let’s build it.

Five kinds of implementation, built by one team against one plan. Start where the problem is. The scope we come back with covers whatever else the work genuinely touches.

What we build

Five implementation categories.

Most projects touch more than one, which is the point. A funnel built without the CRM behind it is a page, and a CRM built without the offer settled is a filing cabinet.

How scoping works

Every implementation is scoped around the actual business problem.

We do not start from a package and work backwards to your business. We start from what has to be true for the work to have been worth doing, then scope the smallest coherent build that gets there, and say so plainly when part of what you asked for is not the part that will move anything.

Every engagement is informed by the Coherence OS, our methodology for connecting offer, audience, conversion infrastructure, automation, delivery, and operations into one system rather than a set of separate projects.

The Build · $5,000

Brand direction, offer strategy, site, funnel, email sequences, and the automations connecting booking, payment, and follow-up. Done for you, scoped to one coherent launch.

The Quarter · $8,000 · 12 weeks

The Build plus a consulting retainer. Month one inventories your offers, automations, and content pillars; the rest of the quarter deploys and refines together.

Custom scope · Quoted per project

Platform builds, migrations, AI systems, and anything that does not fit a fixed shape. Priced against the problem being solved, not a package list.

The Build and the Quarter run through a short readiness call, because a build accelerates an offer that already sells. It cannot invent demand that is not there yet. Apply for a build.

Two ways in

Which one you are depends on one question.

You know what you need

Send a project inquiry.

A website, a funnel, a CRM build, an AI system, a platform. Tell us what you’re building and what has to be true when it ships, and we will scope it. No application, no assessment first.

You know something is wrong

Start with an OAT consultation.

Revenue is inconsistent, the funnel is messy, the offer does not feel right, and the actual cause is unclear. You should never have to correctly diagnose your own business before you are allowed to talk to us. That is what the diagnostic is for.

Asked before every project

The honest answers.

Do I have to book a consultation before you will build something?

No. If you have a defined project, whether a website, a funnel to an offer that already sells, a CRM build, an automation system, or a platform, send a project inquiry and we will scope it. The OAT consultation exists for founders who cannot yet name the problem, not as a gate in front of implementation.

What if my project spans more than one category?

Most do, and that is the point of building them as one system rather than five services. Start with the category closest to the problem you can name; the scope we come back with covers whatever else the work genuinely touches.

How is a project scoped?

Around the business problem, not a package list. We ask what has to be true for the work to have been worth doing, then scope the smallest coherent build that gets there. Fixed shapes exist, the Build and the Quarter, and plenty of work is quoted per project instead.

Do you run ads?

No. Our craft is brand, offer, conversion infrastructure, and the automation underneath, with organic traffic and content pillars closing the loop. We will assess paid traffic you are already running as part of a diagnostic, but we do not manage ad spend.

Can you take over something someone else built?

Usually. Migrations and rebuilds are common: an inherited site, a half-finished GoHighLevel account, automations nobody can explain. We will tell you honestly when rebuilding is cheaper than repairing.

What happens after launch?

You own everything: the accounts, the credentials, the documentation, the system. Some clients keep working with us on an ongoing basis, and for a small number that becomes a Fractional COO partnership, offered privately, by fit, never sold as a package.

For a small number of founders the work evolves into an ongoing strategic or Fractional COO partnership. Those are offered privately, by fit, not as a service you can add to a project.
